Adjusting the brake pedal free play
The brake pedal free play should measure 3.5-4.5 mm (0.14-0.18 in) as shown. Periodically check the brake pedal free play and, if necessary, have a Yamaha dealer adjust it.

the brake system. Do not operate the
motorcycle until the brake system
has been checked or repaired by a
Yamaha dealer.

Cylinder head breather hose "1"
Cracks/damage → Replace.
Loose connection → Connect properly.

routed correctly.
