The ignition system fails to operate (no spark or intermittent spark).
NOTE:
- Before troubleshooting, remove the following part(s):
1. Seats
2. Fuel tank
3. Right side cover
4. Left side panel
5. Left upper side cowling

Other materials:
Checking the cylinder head breather hose
1. Remove:
Left side panel
Refer to "GENERAL CHASSIS" on page 4-1.
2. Check:
Cylinder head breather hose "1"
Cracks/damage → Replace.
Loose connection → Connect properly.
CAUTION:Make sure the cylinder head
breather hose is
routed correctly.

Periodic maintenance and lubrication chart
NOTE:
The annual checks must be performed every year, except if a
kilometer-based maintenance,
or for the UK, a mileage-based maintenance, is performed instead.
From 30000 km (17500 mi), repeat the maintenance intervals starting
from 6000 km (3500 mi).
