1. Check:
Rectifier/regulator output voltage
Out of specification → Replace the
rectifier/
regulator.
a. Set the engine tachometer to the spark plug
lead.
b. Connect the pocket tester (DC 20 V) to the
rectifier/regulator coupler as shown.
