1. Check:
- Camshaft lobes
Blue discoloration/pitting/scratches
Replace the camshaft.
2. Measure:
- Camshaft lobe dimensions "a" and "b"
Out of specification
Replace
the camshaft.
3. Check:

compressed air.

Deburr the clutch
